In these turbulent times it is very important to shop locally and support your local business. Did you know that every €1 spent in the local economy is worth €4 to the local economy. We are spending a lot of time this year in our local area.
This year we can help the local ecomony more by choosing three simple steps:

During lockdown earlier this year a number of our members managed to prevent many a birthday being missed by offering an online shopping service even though they did not have a wesbite . By using online platforms such as instagram and facebook they posted images of product they had in their shops then gathered orders by private messages and arranged to have them sent out to their customers by post or courier.
As we face the potential of another lockdown we encourage you to follow all your local businesses on their social media platforms and keep an eye of the fabulous products they will be promoting over the next few weeks. You can then contact them through private messsages to organise your purchase. Also if you have something in mind as a gift you can send a private message to your local member and they will organise that perfect gift.
