Crafting jewellery for over forty years, John Swan is recognised as one of the best in the industry in Ireland at bespoke designing of jewellery. John has been commissioned internationally to create jewellery and continues to provide the best of jewellery to customers across Ireland, the US, Britain and the Continent.
In the mid 80’s, John Swan has handcrafted jewellery in his workshop on main street Arklow and whilst taking the occasional break from the bench, Margaret and John together have successfully built a reputable retail business ‘John Swan Jewellers’ and in 2007 they took the opprtunity to grow the retail business by opening a location in Bridgewater Shopping centre on the banks of the Avoca River.
Sourcing and presenting the best of fine jewellery to customers as well as crafting diamond engagement and wedding rings extends beyond the local area as John continues to attract customers nationally who know and trust his skills.
John finds great enjoyment in helping couples come up with the perfect ring from inception on sketchings on paper to the last polish and presentation to the happy couple.
